DC Public Schools LEAP

The LEAP partnership was a groundbreaking effort to design and scale a coherent instructional improvement system that connected quality curriculum, distributed instructional leadership, and ongoing professional learning.


LE supported the Kentucky Department of Education’s rollout of the new academic standards, designing turnkey professional learning resources for use across the state.


Over more than a decade, LE provided support to Louisiana public charter schools around content leader development, teacher leadership roles, professional learning structures, and curriculum implementation.

T.L.P. Education

We worked with T.L.P. education to pilot professional learning supports connected to the Summit Learning platform and curriculum.

Aurora Public Schools

Leading Educators worked with Aurora Public Schools to identify and develop teacher leaders who were supported to lead ongoing professional development in their schools.

DC Fellowship

Teacher leaders from more than 30 D.C.-based public charter schools developed plans for instructional improvement and received coaching on content-based PD.

Kansas City Fellowship

Kansas City-area educators received development around leading teams and coaching others to drive impact across schools.

Memphis Fellowship

Memphis-area educators worked in teams to develop their skills in designing and facilitating content-based PD for peers.


LE helped Atlanta Public Schools implement math professional learning communities.
