Featured Essay: What capacities need to be built?
In an essay contribution, our CEO, Chong-Hao Fu, reflects on the following question: What capacities need to be built for schools and the people in them to begin moving toward future-ready learning?
Chong-Hao highlights eight capabilities that seem essential, each reinforcing the others. To start, he argues that schools and support entities need to become “ambidextrous organizations,” balancing high-stakes operational consistency with intentional, innovative, and data-driven improvements.
