About Ariana Audisio

Ariana Audisio is an education researcher with a strong background in program evaluation and quasi-experimental methods. As Director of Research at Leading Educators, she leads causal research oriented to answer pressing questions that improve adult professional learning and K-12 education. She develops and implements research strategies, manages research projects, and translates research findings into non-technical, contextualized language that serves practitioners.

Over 6 years at Leading Educators, Ariana has served as Data and Evaluation Manager and Associate Director of Data and Evaluation. She has significantly increased the rigor of program evaluation conducted by her team, resulting in several published articles. Under her leadership, the research focus has shifted toward answering questions that matter most to practitioners, clients, and funders, making their data and research more relevant and practical.

Ariana holds an MA from Johns Hopkins University and a BA from Catholic University "Andrés Bello." When not immersed in research, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three children, practicing yoga, camping, hiking, dancing, and cooking delicious food.
