About Bekki Sarradet
Bekki Sarradet is an educator and organizational learning strategist. As the Senior Director of Network Support, Bekki leads the knowledge management and organizational learning initiatives at Leading Educators.
Bekki started her career in education as a classroom teacher in Colorado Springs, Colorado before moving into instructional coaching and consulting roles with various national organizations. Bekki spent over a decade at TNTP where she served in multiple roles including Training and Resource Manager, Site Advisor, Director of Strategy and Operations, and Director of Academics. Most recently, Bekki worked as the Executive Director of Professional Learning at NIET.
Bekki holds a MAT, Integrated Natural Sciences from Colorado College and a BA in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado. She lives in Mandeville, Louisiana with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, Bekki enjoys camping, riding bikes along Mandeville’s lakefront, attending concerts, and hosting get-togethers for her friends and family.
