Brian Heger is the Managing Director of Program Growth & Impact at Leading Educators, where he drives strategic expansion and high-quality implementation of instructional partnerships across the West Coast. With more than 14 years of experience in education, edtech, and global startup ecosystems, Brian has built a career at the intersection of sales, strategy, and educational excellence. He has successfully led multi-year partnerships with some of the largest K–12 school systems in the country, guided cross-functional teams to align programmatic strategy with measurable outcomes, and developed scalable solutions that improve teaching and learning.
Before joining Leading Educators, Brian held senior roles in business development, operations, and instructional design at organizations including Lexia Learning, Green Guardians, and international education ventures in China and the Dominican Republic. His career began in the classroom, where teaching abroad sparked a lifelong commitment to creating access and opportunity for all learners. Brian brings a collaborative and data-driven approach to every partnership, championing the belief that every student deserves excellent teaching every day.
