Dr. Cassandra Cross

Cassandra is a researcher and analyst who enjoys using data to solve problems. She leads projects that build staff and partner capacity to discuss evaluation, analyze data, identify key learnings, and share valuable insights.

Before joining Leading Educators, Cassandra worked as an analyst at TNTP supporting educational organizations across the country with understanding their data and making it actionable.

Cassandra holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. She resides in St. Louis, MO, where she spends her free time on her favorite hobbies – photography and sewing.
