

About Dr. Mark Healy
Dr. Mark Healy is a highly skilled instructional leader, widely recognized for a diverse career as an educator and accomplished leader within high-need districts and charter networks. He leads short-term engagements with school system leaders to establish the conditions and strategy for successful instructional initiatives.
Before joining Leading Educators, Mark was a teacher, curriculum developer, professional development facilitator, adjunct faculty member, school principal, instructional expert, and district leader across Canada and the United States. Most recently, he was the Senior Director of Program and Partnerships with New Teacher Center, overseeing diverse partnerships, offering academic strategy leadership, and fostering adaptive change in school districts across the country.
Mark holds a Doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. In his free time, Mark loves to travel around the world and attend HIIT classes at his local gym.
