About Dr. Tanisha Myles
Dr. Tanisha Myles is an accomplished education leader with a proven track record of school transformation. As the Senior Director of System Strategy, she leads a dynamic team focused on advancing coherence and strategic alignment across school systems.
Dr. Myles joined Leading Educators in June 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in education. Before joining Leading Educators, she served as a non-profit director, principal, assistant principal, coach, facilitator, teacher, and adjunct professor. Under her leadership as an elementary school principal, her school achieved National Blue Ribbon status in 2021. She has supported teaching and learning in the Atlanta area and has experience with large-scale district partnerships through leadership coaching, facilitating professional learning, strategic planning, and school improvement efforts.
Dr. Myles holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership. She is passionate about elevating the student experience to enhance outcomes for all students.
