About Jeffrey Veale, Jr.
Jeffrey Veale, Jr. is a dedicated educational leader committed to developing effective teachers, school leaders, and system leaders. As the Senior Director of National Program Operations and Strategy, he leads the operational engine behind Leading Educators' national program portfolio, driving organizational effectiveness and seamless coordination across teams.
Jeffrey plays a key role in aligning program operations with Leading Educators' strategic plan—driving operational excellence, supporting strategic planning, and implementing a shared service model that empowers program teams with streamlined systems.
Before joining Leading Educators, Jeffrey shaped national strategies to support educators in their leadership journeys as Managing Director of Alumni Program and Leadership Experiences at Teach For America. He also co-founded and led a K–8 public charter school in Memphis, Tennessee, which was recently recognized as Tennessee's 2024 Charter School of the Year.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and a Master's in Education. When not working, he enjoys traveling, experiencing live music and comedy, cooking, and spending quality time with loved ones.
