About Jessica Jenkins
Jessica Jenkins is a Director of System Strategy. Driven by her passion for college access, Jessica works to operationalize commitments to equity for students in greater Chicago.
Previously, she supported Chicagoland partnership implementation across four unique projects. Before joining Leading Educators, Jessica worked as an education policy and management consultant, leading a cohort of districts in Arkansas to design new teacher leadership pathways to reach more students with excellent teaching. She began her career as a college advisor at a rural high school in Stokes County, North Carolina with the College Advising Corps.
Jessica holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MPP from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy. She enjoys rooting for the Tar Heels, reality competition shows, and policy podcasts.
