About Kami McDonald
Kami McDonald is a dedicated advocate for equitable instruction to students in every classroom. She contributes to crafting compelling messages that influence decision-makers to invest in environments where educators are empowered to reach their full potential for students.
She returns to Leading Educators after joining the organization in 2016 as executive assistant and special projects coordinator and supporting with fundraising on the Development Team.
Kami holds a B.A. in Public Relations and a B.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Kami spends her free time putting a Southern twist on new recipes and adding her mixed genre "no skips" streaming music playlist.
