About Laura Troxel
Laura is an experienced content creator who believes the best way to engage an audience is to tell a compelling story. She supports organizational storytelling, digital community building, and media relations.
Laura joined Leading Educators after working in television production for 17 years. She has produced hundreds of hours of television for national cable and broadcast networks including CBS, Hallmark Channel, SyFy, and Destination America among others. She earned two Daytime Emmy nominations for her work on Home & Family on the Hallmark Channel.
Laura holds a B.A. with honors in Broadcast Journalism from UW-Milwaukee and a M.S. in Television Production from Boston University. She lives in Stevens Point, WI and spends her free time helping on her family’s sheep farm, spending time with her niece and nephew, and spoiling her rescue dogs, Alice & Charlie.
