

About Maxine Webb
Maxine is a strategic leader with deep experience in Development and Operations. From her time with organizations like City Year, the American Lung Association, the Girl Scouts, and most recently, the ACLU of Wisconsin, Maxine knows the power of strong coalitions and strategic thinking.
Maxine received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from UW-Milwaukee. She is a member of various national professional organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and Women of Color in Philanthropy. Maxine also has experience serving on the ad hoc community-based finance committee for a suburban Milwaukee school district.
Maxine is passionate about all things social justice, loves music, and is unabashedly obsessed with most reality television shows. She is happiest with her wife Shana raising their two sons Lincoln and Lucas not far from the shores of the beautiful Lake Michigan.
