About Sarah Ledon
Sarah Ledon serves as Senior Vice President of Partnerships, bringing over two decades of experience in advancing educational opportunity and improving instructional leadership at scale.
Sarah began her career as a classroom teacher in both general and special education before moving into roles as an instructional coach and school leader. Most recently, she served as Managing Partner and Interim Vice President at TNTP, where she led regional strategy for the West and Midwest and grew impact. Her work focused on building inclusive team cultures, driving impact through strategic planning, and strengthening partnerships with districts and systems.
Previously, Sarah served as Executive Director at Achievement Network (ANet) and contributed nationally through roles with UnBoundEd, Teaching Lab, Khan Academy, Student Achievement Partners, and EdReports. She holds degrees in Elementary and Special Education, Curriculum & Instruction: Literacy, and Educational Leadership.
Sarah lives in Livermore, California with her spouse, children and dogs.
