RFI: CEO Role Profile Development

Leading Educators is seeking information from companies with experience
developing leadership frameworks, specifically: CEO role profiles, executive profiles, and executive
leadership competency models, particularly across various functional models in nonprofit.

The ideal consultant will:
– develop straw CEO profile and executive leader capabilities,
– understand desired executive capabilities and skill requirements,
– and seek to understand the existing leadership model.

RFP: Equity & Organizational Development Consultant

The Equity Consultant will lead and implement an organization-wide equity learning and action plan to further develop the organization as a force in dismantling systemic racism. Additionally, the consultant will manage the implementation of the plan’s recommendations for actions and activities that should be taken within the organization. The equity plan will be constructed and executed with the support of the CEO, Managing Director of Talent, and Director of Culture.

We are requesting pricing options from qualified equity consultants. These can take a variety of forms: flat fee, hourly, mixed, cost +. Please submit a pricing proposal (no more than 3 pages) and qualifications (biography, resumes, organizational achievements) by the close of business on February 27, 2023.
